Sangham Office is located within the precincts of India Coffee House in Tirumala. The Purohita Sangham performs rituals according to South as well as North Indian traditions.
Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam has some cottages expressly for performing marriage functions. Some of the Religious Mutts in the Mada Streets also have the built marriage halls. Apart from this, there are some professional marriage agencies in Tirumala who perform these ceremonies on a turn-key basis.

You can perform the spiritual marriage in Tirumala Tirupati as you wish but this is not a convenient place to register your marriage legally.
Normally Hindu marriage can be registered In three places. of residence of of residence of bride of marriage. So you can register your marriage in any one of place. But normally in Andhrapradesh ,marriage registration procedure is very tough and it will take minimum 90 days to get marriage certificate from Government. Better you can register your marriage in Chennai or Coimbatore. The registration process will be very east than Coimbatore. So you can prefer Chennai to register your marriage and there is a possibility to get marriage certificate immediately after registration.

Marriage registration is compulsory in Andhra Pradesh. But it is not implemented practicalit. If you read this article you could understand how far it is difficult to do marriage registration Andhra Pradesh.

The Andhra Pradesh Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act, 2002 (APCRM), is not being implemented strictly in most parts of the State, including the twin cities. The statistics in last one year show that only 10 to 12 per cent of couples got their registered in the State, that too in the cities like Hyderabad, Tirupati, Visakhapatnam, and Vijayawada. The National Commission for Women, which is fighting for implementation of the law all over the country, recently came out with some revelations.

The implementation of the Act is poor in East Godavari district from where Minister for Registrations Thota Narasimham is representing. The records at sub-registrar offices, municipal corporations, municipalities, village panchayats, and famous temples show that the percentage of compulsory registration in East Godavari has not crossed 8 per cent in the last five years.

The Annavaram Devasthanam, where a large number of marriages take place regularly, the percentage of registration is not more than 25 per cent.

“Mr. Narasimham has promised several times to open an office separately for marriage registration on the lines of the one at TTD. But it is yet to take shape,” observes a senior staff of the devasthanam.

On February 14 and 15, about one lakh marriages took place in the State out of which approximately 3,000 to 4,000 marriages were registered.

At the Rajahmundry Sub-Registrar office, only 60 marriages were registered in last one month after the ‘most auspicious dates’ of February 14 and 15 out of 1,000 marriages. The Supreme Court has ordered the compulsory registration of all marriages in India irrespective of the religion of the couple getting married.

The age and marital status (unmarried, divorced, widowed) of the couples shall be clearly stated in the registration form, the court has directed. The Supreme Court has agreed with the National Commission for Women that compulsory registration of marriages would help tackle various women’s rights infringements. According to Vijayamani, Sub-Registrar of Rajahmundry, the couple who want to go abroad for employment or business purpose, only are showing interest in getting their marriage registered. She felt that there is no awareness in even elite and educated in society, leave alone illiterate and rural people.
